    Item Number seventy-five - 75 - Jesús Gómez Barrios, female, seventy-two years old, single, dressmaker, domiciled in this city, originally from San Miguel, of Salvadoran nationality, daughter of Manuel Gómez and Elena Barrios, died at the Rosales Hospital, yesterday, at nineteen hours and forty minutes, as a result of asphyxiation, with medical assistance. The deceased's Neighborhood Certificate was not presented by the appearing party. These details were given by Oscar Neftalí Ruíz, the deceased's friend, who showed his Neighborhood Identification Card number 231505 issued by the municipal authorities of this capital, and [blank] signature. The informant adds that the deceased did not have any wind nor was she retired.
    Municipal Mayor's Office: San Salvador, January twenty-third, one thousand nine hundred and sixty testified vocation fifty and - not valid. Oscar N. Ruiz [signatures]
