Anecdote: John Laverne Niemann and Naomi Prieskorn Mercer Then there's the story of how Mom & Dad met at the state fair. Her calf was eating his calf's food. Dad was mad. He looked at the name of the kid who's calf was doing this. Saw the name "Naomi", and decided it was an Indian kid. Thought he was going to give that guy a piece of his mind and then discovered, "he" was a "she".
