    Arthur W. Rueckert Jr., 86, of Dunkirk, died Saturday (January 12, 2013), in the Chautauqua County Home in Dunkirk.

    He was born September 5, 1926 in Dunkirk, NY, the son of the late Arthur and Irene Muellinhaus Rueckert.

    Art owned and operated Rueckert Advertising in Buffalo, and with his parents Rueckert Seed and Feed in Dunkirk.

    He was a veteran of the U.S. Army from 1951 to 1956 during the Korean Conflict.

    A memory of Art, "Life ends, Love never does."

    He is survived by his daughter, Elise M. Esprit of Del Mar, CA; a son, Fredrick Arthur Rueckert of Menisee, CA; and a granddaughter, Sierra Nevada Esprit-DiBianco of Del Mar, CA.

    Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in the Forest Hill Cemetery in Fredonia.

    Arrangements are by the Freay Funeral Home, Mayville,
