    Mrs. Kathryn Wilkerson Adcock, age 87, of Lewisburg, passed away in her sleep on January 31, 2009.

    A native of Marshall County, she was the daughter of Olga Eugene and Louella Park Wilkerson. She was a member of The Lewisburg Chapter of the Eastern Star for many years. She was honored with being Worthy Matron. She loved her family and strived to have peace and harmony among everyone.

    In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of fifty-nine years, Verble Franklin Adcock, brothers; Cecil Wilkerson and Billie Wilkerson, also by sisters; Elizabeth Golden, Betty Jean Hastings, and Ellawayne Fagan. She lost her first born grandson, Dana Glenn Adcock in May 2004. Her biggest heartbreak was dealing with the death of her precious daughter, Sandra Catherine Adcock, in April of 2007. She will now be able to see them all again.

    She leaves three living children, Glenn (Wanda) Adcock of Lewisburg, TN, Phillip (Diana) Adcock of Murfreesboro, TN, and Phyllis Adcock Sentlingar of Lewisburg, TN. She left behind seven grandchildren, Sean Sentlingar of Tampa, FL, Brett Sentlingar of Tampa, FL, Tim Adcock of Clarksville, TN, Jennifer (Tim) Hollohan of Brentwood TN, Mark (Riza) Montano of Murfreesboro, TN, Amy (Chris) Childs of Murfreesboro, TN , and Natalie Adcock of Murfreesboro, TN. Her seven great-grandchildren include Christopher Adcock, Jeremy Adcock-Defoe, Austin Maze-Sentlingar, Jordan Montano, Lauren Ritter-Montano, Caroline Hollohan, and Ellie James Hollohan. Her two surviving sisters are, Dimple Wilson of Dickson, TN and Laquita Weaver of Lewisburg, TN.

    Funeral services for Mrs. Adcock will be conducted on Tuesday, February 3, 2009 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Bills McGaugh Funeral Home, in Lewisburg, TN with burial to follow at Sunset Park Cemetery with Chaplain Gloria Watts officiating. Visitation with the family will begin on Monday, February 2, 2009 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and also on February 3, 2009 one hour before the funeral service.

    Pallbearers will be Sean Sentlingar, Brett Sentlingar, Chris Adcock, Tim Adcock, Michael Fagan, Chris Childs, Bill Weaver, Joe Wilson, Mark and Jordan Montano.

    Honorary Pallbearers will be grandchildren, great grandchildren and great- great grandchildren.
