Don Wagner passed away peacefully while surrounded by family and the caring staff of Mercy Hospital of Folsom. A resident of Folsom since 1979, he was born in Olympia, WA, raised in Port Angeles, WA and moved to California in 1954. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dorothy &; Ernest Wagner of Port Angeles, WA and a daughter Gloria Santos, of Santa Rosa, CA. Mr. Wagner was a noted commercial and portrait photographer during his early career, including extensive work with many California high schools, colleges and universities. In 1979 he gained his Real Estate Broker license and became active in commercial real estate, purchasing and selling rental homes and apartment buildings in three states. Don and his wife Bertha enjoyed ballroom dancing, and met and retained many good friends from both the U.S. and abroad due to their shared enjoyment of this activity. He was also a proficient woodworker with an extensive workshop devoted to his hobby. His finely crafted efforts produced everything from furniture to bowls and landscape pieces. Don leaves behind his beloved Wife Bertha Wagner, his Daughters Laura Grady (Richard), Janet Stanley (Fred), Lynda Keller (Barry), his Son Craig Wagner, and his Step-Daughter Stefani DiMauro (Steve). Mr. Wagner was the proud Grandfather to Jason St. Pierre, Yvette Schissler, Tracy Stanley, Christopher Hillard, Danny Keller, Zachary Downs, Jessica Wagner, Zoe DiMauro and Jack DiMauro, as well as 14 wonderful Great Grandchildren. Don Wagner will be remembered at a private family service to be held at the Mt. Vernon Memorial Park in Fair Oaks.

Passed away peacefully at home in the company of her loving family on Saturday, February 7, 2009 after a short battle with cancer. Gloria was born on April 30, 1958 in Sebastopol, CA. Survived by her husband, Daniel Santos; son, Christopher (Laurie) Hillard; and grandson Ethan Hillard. Also survived by mother, Elsie (Bill) Smith; father, Donald (Bertha) Wagner; sisters, Paula Peterson, Laura (Dick) Grady, Penny (John) Stewart, Janet (Fred) Stanley, Lynda (Barry) Keller, Gail (Tim) Ehlert, Linda (Gary) Lott, Mary (Chris) Elmore; brother Craig Wagner, sister-in-law Lelah Mae Peterson and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by her brothers Ray and Tom Peterson, stepfather Joe Williams and her beloved dog Sam. Gloria graduated from Forestville Elementary, El MoIino High School, and Santa Rosa Junior College. As a result of her giving spirit and desire to help others, Gloria always put everyone ahead of herself. Her smile and laughter will live in the hearts of her family and friends forever.

Before dancing her way to heaven, Gloria requested that no services be held, but asked that we celebrate life every day. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice.
