As it turned out, Rob lived only 10 months and 6 days with two rounds of radiation and 3 rounds of aggressive chemotherapy. His last 2 weeks he was bedridden and in and out of consciousness.3

    The landlord was a reclusive man (Gus) that lived in a small shack next door. He was rumored to have spent time in prison for biting off a man's ear during a fight.

    Gus had a large amount of personal belongings stored in the basement. The most amazing item was an old Model T Ford that had long ago been put up on blocks and stored in the back of the garage.3
