Imprimis: After my just debts being first paid, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife "Waighte Lewis" the use and improvement of all my real estate during her natural life and likewise all my personal estate to be at her disposal forever. After my wife's decease, I give ?dmise? to my son Gould Lewis all my real estate to have and to hold to him and his heirs forever. I give to my son William Lewis one dollar in full of his share of my estate. I give to my daughter Mary Chapman one dollar in full of her share of my estate.
